I remember Chef Lia from Top Chef, I believe from season 4. She was eliminated half way and I thought that was a bummer. She should've entered the All-Stars during season 8 but no. Maybe one day she'll get back into the competition or something because I rooted for her. I remember Ted Allen, who was a Judge at the time, was raving about her poaching shrimp in olive oil. Hope she's doing well with her culinary life.
